Cooking Competition Details
The Blackcurrant cooking challenge is back for Sarau Festival 2015. While locals from Upper Moutere have had their fair share of prizes in past years, we invite foodies from near and far to take up the challenge. Show us what you can do with blackcurrants, whethere it’s a trusted family recipe or something creative or even experimental – there’s sure to be a category for your entry.

On the Day
Bring your entries to the baking tent by 4pm at the latest.
Ensure your entry is covered! If you need to keep your entry cool, bring along some ice pads and suitable storage.
As always, entry to the competition is free!
