Cooking Competition 2018
Every year the Sarau Festival Cooking Competition has many entries and a lot of those entries come from kids. So this year we have decided that rather than have just one prize in the childrens section, we will have a first, second and third prize.
All you need to do is make something from blackcurrants and bring it along on the day of the festival to the cooking competition tent before 4pm. If it’s something that needs to be kept cold, please put it in a chill bag or bin and put some ice packs with it.
The summer holidays might be a good time to try out some recipes, you can get blackcurrants from the freezer at the supermarket. Maybe get together with a friend or sibling and see what you can come up with. See you there – Sunday 28th January 2018.
