An Environmentally Friendly Festival
Hi Everyone
In putting this festival together we have tried our best to remember our planet at all times. You’ll be pleased to know that we have asked that all food and drink be served on/in biodegradable plates and cups. Nelson Packaging Supplies Ltd have donated a box of the Kiwigreen clear plastic tumblers for the festival organisers to make available from the bar and at water drinking stations.
The 3 High School students who represented NZ with their Plastic not so Fantastic displays and message will be there drumming up support for their concepts. There will be Envirosacs and Sprout bags available to purchase as well – look out for these to take your festival purchases home in.
Finally – although we have plenty of paddock parking available for festival goers we do ask that you talk to your friends and neighbours and consider car pooling where practical. Thank you for helping . . . . . .
