This year at Sarau Festival Top of The South Cheesemakers are delighted to host Martin and Sarah Aspinwall of Canterbury Cheesemongers who are going to share with us: “The Lowdown on Cheeses”. Upper Moutere’s own Neudorf Dairy in conjunction with MeadowCroft and Wangapeka Cheese Ltd have put together a “cheese extravaganza” for all connoisseurs out there. In addition to the words of wisdom from Canterbury Cheesemongers, you can also experience cheese-making firsthand with renowned cheesemaker Fiona Guyan from Neudorf Dairy who will teach you how to make perfect feta – class limited to 12 participants so come along and sign-up early to be on the list!
