Sarau Festival

As always, this event wouldn’t be possible without the volunteer spirit of our surrounding community.
For Sarau Festival 2011 we need:
Traffic managers from 3 – 6pm…
Marshalls for the bike race…
200 bales of hay to borrow…
Helpers to set-up marquees & do all those small tasks to make the festival happen– please turn up at Moutere Hills Community Centre from 9am on Saturday 29 January .
To take down marquees – please turn up from 9am on Monday 31 January.
The “to do” list continues to grow so please  give Jenny a call on 9700 715 if you would like to/are able to help.
