Great news for the festival – Angela Bone of Angela Bone’s Cooking School at The Motueka Lodge has agreed to attend the Sarau Festival and give a master class. This will be a great opportunity to gain some practical and imaginative ideas for using blackcurrants, and to learn about Angela’s new cooking school due to open early in 2008. This is the same Angela whose former classes at Paratiho Lodge were so popular – come along to the class/demonstration at 5.30pm on 3 February, and find out more.
