There are now at least 8 of the major Blackcurrant product producers going to be in the Moutere on 3 February. A great chance to sample their wares and discuss with them the relative tastes and health benefits of their products. Alongside this will be a Blackcurrant Health and Nutrition Display giving information and science to those interested. Popular chef Angela Bone will be demonstrating new recipes (using blackcurrants of course) and enthusiast Bill Floyd will demonstrate his Blokes ‘n BBQs use of this outstanding berry.
